GM
Mobility Reimbursement Program
You
may be eligible for the GM Mobility reimbursement (up to $1,000)
toward the actual cost of permanently installed eligible adaptive
aftermarket mobility equipment needed for the driver or passenger.
The
GM Mobility Reimbursement Program is in effect from October 1,
2003, through September 30, 2004. GM reserves the right to modify
or terminate this program without notice.
This
GM Mobility reimbursement applies to certain new and unused (never
titled) 2003, 2004 and 2005 model year GM cars, vans and trucks
manufactured by GM and sold by its divisions including Chevrolet,
Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Buick, Cadillac, GMC and HUMMER. Eligible
vehicles must be purchased through an authorized GM dealer in the
United States or Puerto Rico who is franchised to sell that
vehicle. Vehicles purchased at auction by a GM dealer for resale
and vehicles otherwise not considered new and unused for purposes
of this program are not eligible.
The
vehicle must be adapted with eligible adaptive aftermarket
mobility equipment within 12 months of purchase/lease and the GM
Mobility Reimbursement Program application submitted within 90
days of installation. A list of eligible equipment is included on
the application.
